How do I participate in a raffle?
You can purchase tickets for each raffle either via the detailed index or by entering the members’ zone and clicking “buy tickets now”. You only need to enter the desired amount of tickets you would like to acquire, and finish the subsequent payment process, which completes the procedure. You will receive an immediate confirmation via email, which will provide you vital information such as your ticket number.
How do I pay for the tickets?
After having selected the raffles you would like to participate in, and determined the number of tickets you would like to purchase, you will be immediately and automatically directed to a secured payment area of the website, where you can pay for your tickets easily and comfortably by credit card.

Why do I need to answer questions?
Sorteoo.com is a product of Sortmedia LTD. based in the United Kingdom. The laws in Great Britain require this procedure for raffles. Since Sorteoo.com is absolutely legal, each participant must answer these questions correctly before taking part in the raffle.
How many questions do I have to answer?
To establish your eligibility as a player, you have to answer five general knowledge questions correctly. You will receive five questions with only four possible answers to each question. There will be only one correct answer to each question.
How much time do I have to answer the questions?
You have five minutes to answer all five questions. After time is up, unanswered questions will be noted as incorrect.
What happens if I answer the questions incorrectly?
If one or more questions you answered are incorrect, or questions are left unanswered, the program will, after completing the question block, display the questions that were answered incorrectly. You will receive no additional authorization for this block; however you can immediately try again.
Must I earn an extra privilege for each draw?
No. You can use your earned privileges for all raffles. This also applies for raffles that had not been active at the time of obtaining the permission.
Where can I see how many permissions I have?
In the index “my tickets” which you will find listed in your members’ area, you can see the number of available privileges for the announced raffle. In the index "buy tickets", the total number of available privileges is displayed at the top of the listing. Those are the two options on how to increase your number of privileges.
Can I reach a maximum of permissions?
The number of permissions is not limited. As a matter-of-fact, you can acquire as many as you want.
How is the winner of a lottery determined?
After the raffle is completed the winning ticket will be drawn out of all participating tickets. The drawings are conducted under the supervision of a public notary. If the circumstances in your country allow it, the raffle will be transmitted live on our website. The raffle date will be published early enough on Sorteoo.com.
How do I know if I won?
All winners will be contacted and congratulated via email by the Sorteoo.com operator.
How do I obtain my winnings?
